Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping
- Normally orders will ship in 3 business days from the confirmed order date. Large orders may take more time to ship. Please contact us in advance regarding your shipping requirements if you have any special deadline to meet. We will try our bests to accomodate your needs.
- Shipping Time is calculated in BUSINESS DAYS, and does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and courier's shipping holidays.
- We ship worldwide. Buyers are responsible for all import duties such as customs, VAT, etc.
- We ship to Hong Kong and China via local delivery; For areas/countries outside Hong Kong and China, we ship via Hong Kong Speedpost. Specified shipping methods may be possible on customers request, please contact us in advance.
- Shipping Rate. Our shipping rate is a flat rate, calculated based on prices, not on weight.

iii)Asian areas/countries including Macau, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Singapore,etc. US$17;
iv) American, European areas/countries including US,Canada,France,Belgium,Germany,etc. US$24;
v) Other areas/countries. Please contact us to confirm the freight charge.
- We will email you tracking number or related shipping information once we ship the goods.
- We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.
Damaged/Lost/Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for items that may be damaged, or lost by the shipping company, or Carrier. All shipments are fully insured with the respective carrier. All products and packaging should be carefully inspected upon receipt and any damage should be brought to the carriers attention. If necessary, customer should alert the carrier and us that a claim needs to be filed for that shipment. Once a claim is approved and processed by the carrier, we will then ship out a replacement. We have no control over the timeliness of the shipments and cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier. If necessary, We will aid in the filing of an appropriate claim with the carrier in the event of loss, damage, or shipping delay.
Returns
We will accept returns for refund if notified within 15 days of receipt of the product. We refund by Paypal ONLY. We do not refund shipping. All returned merchandise must be unused and in the original brand-new condition, with all manufacturers included accessories, manuals and instructions. Missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount by the actual replacement cost of those items. Refunds will be rejected for damaged goods. Original merchandise box must not be defaced or altered in any way.
Cancelling Orders
If you decide you do not want what you ordered, it is imperative that you e-mail us immediately at billing@vwillshop.com . Once we ship the item you may return it under the conditions stated above, we will not refund the shipping cost.
Packaging
We take great care in packing your order to ensure its safe arrival.
Warranty
All products purchased from us are warranted against defects in material and workmanship of the product. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement upon return of the damaged item to us. If a defective product is not possible to repair, we will replace it. This warranty does not cover damage due to rust, abuse, or mishandling.
